(EDITOR'S NOTE: Sitting on a desk right now in the Clark County District Attorney's Office is a thick file containing all relevant information about Floyd Mayweather Jr. A spokeswoman told me Tuesday that the office is continuing to review as it determines whether or not to add domestic battery charges to the grand larceny charge that Manny Pacquiao's super bout foe already faces.

Mayweather would be looking at a possible six months in a local jail on the domestic battery charges if convicted of same.

I believe we'll hear from the DA before the week is out.)

It always comes up in cases like the ongoing Floyd Mayweather Jr. Baby Mama Drama.

Why is this public business?

Why are the details gone over and over by the media?

Isn't this domestic conflagration a private matter?

Why is it Michael Marley's beeswax or any other snooper duper journalist's?

Good questions for which I have ready answers.

Mayweather is like a moth to the public flame.

If he was more concerned about keeping his personal business private, he wouldn't be trick or Tweeting and making a fool of himself on Ustream all the time.

His bromance partner, rapper 50 Cent, is even worse.

On Monday, this garbage man posted an idiotic comment suggesting that, in his hood, he could find someone willing to murder BM Josie Harris for a mere $5,000.

He also put up some mean comment about BM Josie being down at McDonalds wearing way too much makeup.

Does this jerk even consider the feelings of the three children BM Josie and Floyd have?

Combined emotional age of Mayweather and his Segway riding "bro" I would put at about 14.

Yeah, that is age seven plus seven.

Obviously, once the trouble and strife between BM and "Money May" drops down to the level where she has to call 911 and Las Vegas Metro Police get involved, all privacy bets are off.

Her complaint to the cops is a matter of public record. So is Mayweather's brief jail stint on Friday and the pending grand larceny charges which may be added on to with domestic battery.

The only people involved I'm feeling empathetic to right now are the Mayweather kiddies, especially 10 year old son Koraun.

I know that BM and FMJ are both to blame for their volatile emotions and it seems they try to make each other sexually insecure and jealous.

But, don't forget, it was Floyd who made not one but two early am entries into the house where BM and the children live.

Floyd told police he wanted to evict BM Lisa from the premises.

As far as I know, you don't see legal evictions going on at 2 a.m. or 5 a.m. even in Las Vegas where, back in the days when I lived there I always enjoyed the fact that Al Phillips Drive In Cleanser was open 24/7.
She didn't invade the inner sanctum at the Big Boy Mansion to start this turmoil.

Maybe "Money May" lives up to his nickname and make a cash settlement with BM Lisa like he apparently did when she brought criminal charges against him in 2003.

She can cash in by cashing out of his tumulutous life.

Not much the DA's office or the cops can do if that's what goes down.

At this point, local authorities might be happy to wash their hands off both of them given their continual problems.

Their personal problems went public when BM Lisa called the cops.

And who caused that other than Floyd?

Mirror, mirror on the Big Boy Mansion wall...

Which reminds me, I hope I can get some of that "sushi rice" which Pacquiao and the Philippines are so famous for to hurl at Mayweather and his supposed bride when they supposedly wed on Jan. 17.

What a way to ruin Muhammad Ali's birthday...
